  • can't find your led nano, which video? I just finished programming the spider using an small onboard microprocessor, one 2n2222 transistor circuit to trigger the motors forward ......will do backward and turning head and optical sensor.......by Friday. really happy, spend whole 3 weeks doing but enjoyed it very much.

  • We made mods to ours. Put LIGHTS on them. Have a look.

  • No, if you look at our youtube on the Solar Nano, it certainly works with our Solar Engine but the panel with the circuit on top of the Nano is a bit...well big. It wouldn't flip back on its bristles, it wouldn't bump off the walls, all those things that a nano is good at wouldn't happen. I would convert a spider into an rechargeable A3x4 instead (this is possible, by taking 2 layers of the covers off on top and replacing it with a simple circular plastic disc as cover than the battery holders)

  • We have a glow in the dark nano. Not quite sure if that would be worth converting

  • I love these things but my only gripe is that they DEVOUR power!

Awesome mod, you are smart little bro!!!

  • Please see "Solar Hexbug (Part II) - how to convert your original hexbug to solar power"

    Enjoy!

  • wait batteryfree got battery on u blind
