looks like your tranny is not engaging if i'm seeing it right mostly likely worn out one way bearing. on top of that your engine is out of tune but you can't tune it until the engine will actually make the truck move.

There is a nice puff of smoke coming from the exhaust, I tried ajusting it, having a problem with the tranny atm

too lean or too rich on the low speed needle.
