daggers are not the best. better choice is buy many leathers and leather stripes and craft lether gauntlets that is needed only 1 leather and 2 stripes. Even if you lack of stripes its no problem to just make more.

DONT sell the daggers! You will need them for enchanting! Instead, by breezehome the house in whiterun which is right next to warmaidens (you can get get it for free by doing the free home glitch), then just store the daggers in your chest! THUMBS UP SO PEOPLE CAN SEE!

daedric is heavy for people that are warriors and dragon is light for people that generally like to sneak

Dragonplate armor is more for a mage who has a high level enchanting to go with it. Daedric and dragon both hit the lvl cap for armor supposedly and daedric is better with the steed stone or heavy armor perk. Whatever look you like best i suppose.

There's good TIP: When u buy iron ingot and iron ore or other stuff, there's a glitch when u save ur game then kill the merchant then load ur game and that merchant u have killed shop will be restocked, with new armor iron ingots and other shit. Thumbs up so people can save their time.

You can get free Daedric hearts in the Compainions house down stairs. It usually respawns 1 to 3 days later at the least and most. Like so Wiggmuzzle can see!!

I found a useful strategy for smithing and alteration. I luckily found this transmute spell and every two times I do it, it changes an iron ore to a gold ore (silver is an intermediate). I just mined iron ore and then made a crapload of gold rings. Perhaps they would be good to enchant later as well.

@warriordx8 if i could be an uber-technical dick for a second. skyrim has an armor limit at like 578ish. dragon armor is like 725ish and daedric armor is like 750. so since they both go over the armor cap all other points are useless. they only comparable difference is their weight but both trees have perks that cancel out all weight. so they are the same at high levels but not at lower levels

did this and had blacksmithing at 100 while in the low to mid 20s. and it gave me a couple of levels. now at lvl 40 wearing full dragonplate armor and thinking of restarting my warrior cause i felt like i cheated lol. i made a nord warrior with heavy armor, shield and 1hander instead of going light armor. was 2 weeks after when i finally got the guide i felt like i should start over lol.

best way i found to lvl smithing fast, AND make a profit

1. Go to Markarth

2. Do the Kolskeggr Mine

3. Mine the gold. Any gold mines are the BEST early on.

4. Make gold Ingots, then forge into gold rings.

why? because they won't encumber you, they sell higher then Iron dagger, and does WAY more then xp then daggers or any class, till ebony/daedric.

The iron dagger is a slow, stupid, poor process that will cost you MORE money then what you get back.

what i would suggest doing, if you own your own home in white run, is to goto your house to rest for well rested bonus, then goto the 3 people that sell the items to make the daggers, buy em, make daggers, then rest again until they replenish their stashes. just a suggestion.

Whiterun is the place to be. Buy ingots and leather from Adrianne, her husband (in the store), and Earlund Gray-Mane. Then just wait for 2 days. It's much more efficient than traveling.

@MEMITproductions what you can do to make major bank in this game is get good at enchanting, collect any rings, and as long as you have a soul gem you're set bruh, also joining guilds can help you make moenay and are good for xp, it only took me 2 hrs to get to level 100 in blacksmithing with this technique

Now got straight to the mine next to the main household and there will be ebony veins as well as iron viens of course if you have the throat of the world unlocked go where you find the minecraft easter egg and there will be two ebony and two malachite (sorry for bad spelling) veins to mine

okay for those new to the game and want ebony gear or need ebony ingots for the deadric here is a tip. there is a orcish stronghold near windhelm just northeast of Riverwood to gain entry ask to become kin to them if your not a orc they will ask you to get a pair of smithing gloves for them i believe called the blacksmith's fingers or touch i cant remember but once you get the gloves return and give them to the leader after that they will welcome you with open arms figuratively.
