O.K. Good point !!!, but what if a car crash in to the wall at 35mph and get the engine compartment destroy, most speed limits on the residential area are 35mph, thats why they do the test 35mph, remember the test is to tell us how many damage gets our cars driving on that speed, and is safer known the quality, safety, etc of each car driving on the road.
