@juanitosee - i didn't know that...but thanks for the info. there are many filipino/chinese delicacies here that everyone tend to like because we grew up eating them without really checking if it's good for the health or not. i know anything that is processed is not good for the body, but i guess we have to just consume them in moderation as they are already embedded in our daily life and culture.
