Just saw the "Come work at FogCreek" video. Nice place to work, and Joel is world-famous (justly) but man, talk about monochrome. I didn't see a single person of color in the entire company.

I find that table to small, generally I like having the monitors much farther away.

It's probably one of the most notoriously awesome software companies in the world. To work there you would need to be pretty good.
