Marie varies her strumming pattern throughout the song, depending on which section she is playing. So it would take a video in order to teach it to you. I could do it if there was enough interest. However, her strumming is unique and in some ways a bit unusual. So to be honest, it would be a bit difficult for a beginner to learn to play it exactly as she does. Instead, I recommend you find a basic style that allows you to play the song well enough to enjoy it.

It's only a classical guitar which normally cost around $100 or cheaper. I'm not saying she's giving away a cheap guitar but she did say it's almost identical to her first guitar which is true cos many ppl started off with the classical guitar to begin with due to the soft nylon strings. i got my takamine for about 250 i think... it was originally a 400 dollar guitar. if you want to go super cheap you can get them for under 100.

price is just determined by quality... and brand recognition.
