If you've red Cramers' books you know that he admittedly sucked as a trader. He made his money from selling a website in the dotcom era. So he thinks he can now talk like a pro as if he ever tried any of this and it worked for him. It may occur today but he was not good at it. It does amze me that he can get away with thumbing his nose at traders as a whole, hedge funds and the SEC.

Welcome to the REAL Wall Street. If you guys think Jim Cramer is the only one to do this, then you guys are blind. Cramer originally started his fund without this intention. His wife actually showed him how to truly run a fund, along with who his wife worked for at the time. This is how most hedge funds work... I'm sure the SEC knows. They just can't prove it going on.

Cramer is a crook, that's a given. And anyone who actually takes his stock advise is a sheep and deserves to get slaughtered.

What I'm more worried about than Cramer moving specific stocks 1-2% in intraday trading is those big quant hedge funds. It's been estimated that 70% of the volume throughout the day is artificially created by these quant algos churning out orders for themselves all day long. Sooner or later the ghost in the machine will burst the bubble.

Crooks who share there schemes, are certainly a saint of crooks. He admits what he is. One who is willing to share there desires with the world in my opinion is nowhere near a bad person.

Every single human on earth psychologically has the capability of murder in the right scenarios. Cramer is a source of political redemption for the corruption of the system. He admits, the only reason he does this is because it's legal.

It's up to us to support sustainable legislation.

Wow, this is a real eye opener. I used to watch Cramer alot and I actually thought he was a straight shooter, but his talk about manipulating the markets is pretty sobering. Makes you not believe anything you hear on CNBC.
