sounds like in south america there are quite a few peaks and 6000m points where people can just drive only 2000m short of the summit. In nepal this is not possible, one has to walk for days to reach this 4000m 6000m height. (6000m in nepal is probably more serious due to it being 26 degrees north of the equator where ecuador is equator.
Listen chimp, I am well aware the the Andes are different from the Himalayas in terms of access and difficulty, and I don't need you and your club foot informing me so. I have have spent time in the Himalayas but havent had the chance to climb their yet. What have you bagged in Nepal that makes me think your anything more than a 25 stone beast from an in-bred village in nowheresville?
