Most of these are pretty basic, and you should be able to do them with a fairly normal pen. However, I'd recommend using a completely balanced pen, as it makes it a whole lot easier. The only one of those I haven't nailed yet is the sonic (and hence the reverse sonic), the rest took me a while but if you don't have that much to do then it's fairly easy to learn.

Guys, I'm pretty good at penspinning. I've been spinning for about a year now and it may seem difficult in the begging, it pays off to practice. Most of these tricks should only take about a day to get, three days to consistantly get and a week to master.
