I think it's the Nk people's fault. I live in Romania, a country that 20 years ago was ruled by a retard who was inspired by Kim Il Sung. Same personality cult, same retarded laws, very hard to leave the country etc. Although we didn't have the gulag and dissidents weren't really killed, it was almost the same as with NK (including food rations)..and guess what happened? People went to the streets and Ceausescu was executed. Why don't NK people do this?
