Jeez that countdown guy would make me so nervous I'd make a mistake! Do their communications sound as nervous to Chinese ears as they do to English speakers? It's a sharp contrast to the laid-back keep-calm style of the Americans and Russians.
I don't get it, why do they launch at night? Aren't day time pictures prettier? And these launches are mainly about China's image at this point, so I thought the pictures matter. They aren't going to other planets or the moon or a station, so what's the constrain? Did the weather suck at other time of the week? Anyone know? Anyone been there?
Can you imagine even after the lift-off the launch vehicle not even a single light is visible on the surface of earth. This seems to be a fake launch.Even we don't get video footage of crew getting in to the vehicle too.....
@hawkforce You don't see any lights because the launch base is in a remote area. En route flying from Beijing to London there are no lights until you reach Irkutsk (Russia) as the northwestern Chinese and Mongolian deserts and southern Siberia are virtually uninhabited.
looks like the US is working hard to buy the chinese's loyalty, complete silence about something the chinese might find in space. And looks like the chinese really enjoy it;.
Chancellor521 so what are the song and xia class submarines built and designed in china and noted by america in there chinese military power report are they fake. Dream on china did this and they make there own submarines that are more then workable but good you retarted fool
The chinese instead of copying the space shuttle wich has many design problems, they decided to copy the Russian soyuz and improved it, this is a smart decision. Shenzhou is capable of going to the moon and mars, the US doesn't have anything like that and it will take them years to make something similar.
The U.S has been to the moon and back.. Russia went to... oh yeah just the earths orbit. You can keep lying to yourself but just wake up and tell yourself that you are nothing but a liar when you look in the mirror.
except you know that whole ares rocket that they have. And no this cant go to the moon its just not big enough, maybe a satellite but not a manned mission.
Past can never be complete, instead we have polotics. We of the world, mankind must strive for a better tomorrow, our very OWN existence depends on this. This whole stir about going back to the moon is pure circustry. The moon didn't have an ocean of water. See the documentry film: MARS UNDERGROUND. Alot of it undoubtably rings with commen sense.
nice vid. but why all the support of america's rivals? i agree that other countries are making great strides and i wish america's lackluster space program would be restored to its former glory.
i dont get it u and probly russia will be on the moon by 2040 nasa plans to be on mars by 2013 and that will be like 80 yrs from when the us first landed on the moon i am not being rude but thats no achivment.
Listen dipshit, if you're indeed from Pakistan and live in Canada, then I can tell you as a fellow Canadian that we don't like to hear that kind of trash talk in our country towards our neighbor. Keep it up and you'll be soon on a one-way flight to Pakistan, stupid talk about sending nukes, have you any clue what kind of stupid comment that was?

@malamagr Russians don't even use expressive countdown. They pronounce only commands of launch procedure.

With bigger boosters this rocket can fly the moon....I'd like to see China do it. They can and it would give technology a worldwide boost.

Watch my video
It's about earth shift. Earth shift: One huge continent became 2 continents, then 5 (or 6) and then?
Did China and its surround exist when the continents were 2?

why is the flame so small?

why would it be big? Its all about the engines. Multiple engines do not require just as much thrust as one engine would.

Anyone with money can go into space this now a day it is no big deal but america and russia are the pioneer of it all.

@Cambodiot you forgot who was the first to make the rocket it is like running without even knowing how to walk

China can't even build a workable submarine but they want us to believe that they have the technology to go into space.
Yeah, right, dream on.
