This is probably the first time in my life when i truly understand a whole mystery of love. Ironicly I also understood hate today. Anyway, now I know that I have to continue in the way of love in my life. It's just amazing to me how positive he was about things and people when you think about how many people around him only used and took advantage of him in different ways all during his life. Oh my God, i loved all those parts of this video. Everything that Michael said here is so true. He was a human with feelings and a heart. He was a human with a big heart and a beautiful soul and spirit. Geez, 2001 was a great year for Michael. This speech, his induction into The Rock n' Rock Hall of Fame, 30th Anniversary Special, 'INVINCIBLE'(despite what ppl, say IT WAS a Success, maybe not 'Thriller', but 2mil copies in U.S. in TWO months, that incredible), What More Can I Give Concert. It seemed Michael had so much more to in store for the new millennium. But then the Sony dispute and the Bashir came along and things fell apart well, it was slow & painful demise. So Sad
Wow Michael Jackson's lecture had a real impact on me. I knew this man was very intelligent and talented,but he was so forgiving to others that had hurt him over and over and over. His childhood was bad as the same as mine.To be able to forgive his father then I have to forgive my parents. Michael is now in heaven with Christ and I want to clear up the media lies: the only time he ever used pain meds wrongly was 93 but then got help. The only reason he was on medication when he died is because he had lupus and on top of that horrifyingly painful disease he also had chronic back pain.

I had a super heated discussion w/ my brother defending MJ. My brother believes all the bad stuff, he has never watched any interviews or heard any speeches like this, he just judges MJ in a totally biased way. Our argument started because I showed him a letter from Rabbi Sternfield speaking out against Rabbi Shmuley. I told my brother that MJ was like family to me, nothing he could tell me would make me NOT love him.

It's sad that most of us are starting to know what kind of person Michael was until now, if youtube existed since '01 we wouldn't buy into what garbage the media would say about MJ. After his death it's like blindfolds were taken off people who forgot he was a dad and the same MJ in the thriller video and the Jacksons group.

This goes in my ipod. I had a great childhood and a great dad. My favorite book is the giving tree because the tree acted like a parent. I am very child-like and my favorite sweet is doughnuts. I didn't grow up rich nor am I now. I would have given anything to share my childhood to this great man. I am grateful that after all he went through, all he left to us was his L.O.V.E. THE Buddha grew up wealthy and in the end wanted to be like everyone else. MJ reminded me of a little Buddha.

Most people dont' get past the fact that he was a star. The never seem to see him for who he was and that my friend was a human being. weeks after MJ's death, i hated his dad for beating his kids up for a small mistake. but after reading his speech, i stoped hating joe. joe was a good father in some ways, and "bad" in another. but MJ said it- his father loved him even though they experienced so much pain because of Joe. i'd just like to say sorry for hating you, Joe, and sorry to MJ for hurting him...

It's just amazing to me how positive he was about things and people when you think about how many people around him only used and took advantage of him in different ways all during his life. Starting from his own parents even! That's a real hard lesson for all of us I guess, try to be more like HIM! He was much too good and pure for this cruel evil world, there is nothing more tragic. He suffered too much useless pain because of that. Only because he had some actual HOPE for humanity.

Oh my God, i loved all those parts of this video. Everything that Michael said here is so true. He was a human with feelings and a heart. He was a human with a big heart and a beautiful soul and spirit. This speech, his induction into The Rock n' Rock Hall of Fame, 30th Anniversary Special, 'INVINCIBLE'(despite what ppl, say IT WAS a Success, maybe not 'Thriller', but 2mil copies in U.S. in TWO months, that incredible), What More Can I Give Concert. It seemed Michael had so much more to in store for the new millennium. But then the Sony dispute and the Bashir came along and things fell apart well, it was slow & painful demise. So Sad

Wow Michael Jackson's lecture had a real impact on me. I knew this man was very intelligent and talented,but he was so forgiving to others that had hurt him over and over and over. His childhood was bad as the same as mine.To be able to forgive his father then I have to forgive my parents. Michael is now in heaven with Christ and I want to clear up the media lies: the only time he ever used pain meds wrongly was 93 but then got help. The only reason he was on medication when he died is because he had lupus and on top of that horrifyingly painful disease he also had chronic back pain.

My brother believes all the bad stuff, he has never watched any interviews or heard any speeches like this, he just judges MJ in a totally biased way. Our argument started because I showed him a letter from Rabbi Sternfield speaking out against Rabbi Shmuley. I told my brother that MJ was like family to me, nothing he could tell me would make me NOT love him.

This goes in my ipod. I had a great childhood and a great dad. My favorite book is the giving tree because the tree acted like a parent. I am very child-like and my favorite sweet is doughnuts. I didn't grow up rich nor am I now. I would have given anything to share my childhood to this great man. I am grateful that after all he went through, all he left to us was his L.O.V.E. THE Buddha grew up wealthy and in the end wanted to be like everyone else. MJ reminded me of a little Buddha.

his speech was beautiful and i wanted to cry when he started to cry. I felt his pain and i sure heard it in his voice. And I truly believe right at that moment he truly forgave his father and at the same time realized that his father truly even though didn't know how to show it >>LOVED HIM> I hope that michael realized it that his children would only remember the love that he showed them and that is what they will remember. MJ was a great dad his best work ever

Most people dont' get past the fact that he was a star. The never seem to see him for who he was and that my friend was a human being. He could of taught us all alot of things even if he wasn't a singer, maybe he would of been a teacher or a professer. He was very brillant and a great learner of knowledge. He had a lot to offer us all . THe thing most is he wanted us to love our parents and our parents to love us. Love that no matter what provails everything else in the world. hats off to you MJ

weeks after MJ's death, i hated his dad for beating his kids up for a small mistake. but after reading his speech, i stoped hating joe. joe was a good father in some ways, and "bad" in another. but MJ said it- his father loved him even though they experienced so much pain because of Joe. i'd just like to say sorry for hating you, Joe, and sorry to MJ for hurting him...

his words in this speech just takes my breath away and without being able to pinpoint exactly why or how ...it made me feel like something falling apart inside.... .....as I think back to my childhood and the way I could be blown away by a silent night when the snow starting falling ....or feel extreeme happyness about a perfect moment on a summerday when the scent from the flowers filled my entire being and white fluffy clouds above me, made me feel the bliss....I want more moments like that

Each time I isten to this speech it maes me feel so proud of having followed him in life... such a wise man... Today I'm pregnant, I just learnt it last week, I'm so happy, it's like a dream! and I can tell you that my baby will know about this wise man, my baby will learn the importance of love...and I'll do my best so he/she'll have a beautiful childhood with mum and dad...

this honest intelligent heart felt speech should be broadcasted everywhere.
everyone should be given the possibility to listen to it. not just the fans, but everybody.
If only people would follow his words. His teaching. Such a great human being. Immense.
