yeahhhh boyyyyiii!!!! totally frieken worked! HUGE THANKYOU....I've always dowloaded movies but now I know how to get games on my wii and it's all thanx to you. The one and only drama I'm having is it won't work when I go to load themes...they come up but the games won't run....it goes to wiiflow loading (FOREVER)...lol...meh I just got rid of the themes and it works again...the only step you forgot to mention is I needed to get wbfs manager 3.0....so that after I download a game it gets....

@lamar7862 hey man just get ALL the files that came in THAT particular download from memory theres about 6-8 files??? just put them togeather in a folder and call it whatever you wanna call it call it my dick if ya want to....THEN it will run!

@Carlitos5963 yeah mate I had the same issue you need to get WBFS manager 3.0 just google it...it's free it comes in either 32 or a 64 bit version just download it....you'll need a BLANK hard disk drive before you start so that you can format it using this program THEN drag over whatever you've downloaded and it will format the games for nintendo because at the moment they're proberbly all in a microsoft table or whatever your running. another thing is everytime you go to plug in that drive...

@Carlitos5963 after you've formatted it and added games ect ect microsoft will see the drive and ask you to format it just DON'T because microsoft can't recognise it anymore because it's nintendo! hope this helped

Hello, I did everything exactly as the tutorial says, excellent tutorial, really clear in most things. Just one thing, while using WiiFlow I cannot actually run the games, it says "Disk_SetUSB failed". I have been checking and found that WBFS disk is required, or to install the Hermes CIOS 222/223/224 so FAT usb devices can be used. Is it ok to install the Hermes CIOS after this tutorial?

hi i have a wii4.3u and followed these instructions my wiiflow recognizes the games but when i try to play them they dont play the screen goes black like its loading or something and my controller is fully functional it doesnt turn off or anything.. is there anything that can cause this

After connecting the Wii online, I was prompted to update Homebrew to 1.0.8 and IOS58.25.32. After I updated, I ran through the whole thing again, starting after Homebrew. Now everything works ! THANKS !

@bryansailer u can either get wiiflow WAD channel or u can get it to load in homebrew channel which in my opinion the WAD channel is better and i think has a few more options... first u need to no wat system firmware ur on i.e im on 4.2e and i used wiiflow 1.1 cos its the only 1 i can find that works on my firmware u also need to no wat ios ur wii loads mine is 249 so when u go into wad manager go to wii flow ( after downloadin it) and then install wat ios version ur wii is running....

I was hoping you can help me install wiiflow starnight channel, I already have the wad manager and the channel in .wad format, but when on the wad manager it asks me for a IOS to use, the question is if I should select IOS236 (because thats the one I use for your tutorial) or the IOS249 like most of the tutorials say. I also get "disc_setusb fail" when i try to play a game off my flash drive after it has been saved. Im using a sandisk 16GB. Do i have a drive that doesnt work? ive done everything else youve said.. now when i startup my wiiflow for the 1st time nothing happens.. ihad my usb pluged in onthe right side of the wii (the right side from behind the wii right-side-up) and nothing happened i think whenevr i have the usb pluged inthere it meses upthe memory ofthe sd card 4 some reason, b/c it gaveme trouble viewing my apps from the homebrewloader.

so i try 2 use the other usb slot & it tells me i need to plug in a usb.

if i have my drive formatted to 1 fat32 partition and one ntfs partition, and i use wiiflow to install/backup a game from a disc ,then will it install/backup the game scrubbed? when i install/backup to the fat32 partition, i wan the game stored on my ntfs partition scrubbed but i hear backuing up to ntfs is buggy,si i want to backup games from disc to fat32 ,then copy them to the ntfs,but i want to know if wiiflow will automatically scrubb the game as it backs it up/installs it from the disc?

You have to download a WiiFlow Forwarder Channel .wad file. Download and use Wad Manager from Homebrew Channel to install it. I've got that in one of my next video uploads coming soon, but for now just do some Googling and you'll find it pretty easy if you've done any of my other steps.

The apps folder should be on your SD card already. When you download Wiiflow, it doesn't come ready to drag to your card, it's just showing you what files belong in the apps folder.

Thank you for the response. I tried two things, I tried formatting my WD 500gb usb3.0 into WBFS format using WBFS manager and still did not work. Then traded my WD 500gb usb 3.0 with a seagate go flex 500gb usb 2.0 and used WBFS to install backup games and it worked. You are awesome, continue what you do best!

ummm mmm where's the dol file? This isn't making much sense to me. You said to download wiiflow and add it to the apps folder. The apps folder is actually in your wiiflow download?

That's one error I haven't come across yet, it could either be an issue with the model hard drive you have or maybe it wasn't properly formatted. Many say that a hard drive will work right out of the box and some say to format them to WBFS format with a program called WBFS Manager. I you "get" your games online, you will need WBFS Manager to transfer these games anyway so give it a try.
