look all you gotta do is run of the edge and quikly press down and left and youll grabit. its really not that deep

Easiest way... Just before falling, use shield... With C.Falcon, it grabs the edge right away... Same goes for Ike, Marth and Ganondorf. -___-

You don't have to do that little half cirkle. Not at all. Just press down on the control stick for a little moment. Works with all the characters.

Please take it out that you discovered this. The instant edgehog was discovered by Lucky. I didn't know about the backwards one though. There is also an even quicker way to edgehog by running off and fastfalling into falcons side b.
