first of all there is different origins for different races... you asked why did they need humans? to farm, tend to them, to be used as sex slaves, etc... do some reading, start with greek mythology, them move on to Sumerian
have ya read every sitchin book? what about samuel noah kramer or the thorkild jacobson etc,....?

If something hit Uranus!?!
That planet is mostly gas and liquid, so impact would not be same as collision with a solid planet.
I'll leave calculation for a experienced astrophysicist.
