  • ...oh and I must add Totally Mezmorizing!

  • Very Cool!

  • What happened to your first vid, on the L100 with the black/white keys? Think it was the one were you said you was "messing around in the basement on the organ"..

  • famous sound, no secret it's a real HAMMOND !!

  • Wow great playing! I have an L133, and I can get a leslie from someone, but how could I connect it?

  • This is GREAT Harry. What a tone those L-series have.

  • love it. sounds great!

  • Nice organ tone. Tonewheels rock!

  • man... it looks really cold in there...

your Les sounds SO great!!! I love this video! favorites!

  • WOW the L series sounds Great!!!

  • I love the sound of a Hammond in a hard-surfaced masonry building like this. The Lesiie splashes sound all around the room and it bounces off the hard walls making the sweetest effect.

Probably part of the reason I like it too is that it reminds me of hanging out and listening to bands play downtown in small clubs and bars and in basements and other "acoustically imperfect" locations. I can taste the beer now!

  • Great man !!

  • Smooth, brother.

  • Every video you post is awesome! You would have fun jamming with my friend Richard (a.k.a. Slowdog). I think you know him... maybe.

  • Pretty wicked sound. I'm wondering what model of Leslie you're using? I have a 125 that I just aquired from a family member ( I only have the cabinet and rotor as my uncle needs to dig out the speaker and amp) I`m wondering how it will sound as it doesn`t have a treble rotor. Or is there a way to add a treble rotor to the 125

  • 125 is what I was using. Personally, I like the single driver configuration. You can get some grungy distortion from the amp that the other leslie's don't quite have.

  • The older Hammond organs sound the best and you and your sister sound great. Seeing this video reminds me of how foolishly I passed up a Hammond A 102 in beautiful cond. It did not play, and now I know it was the tonewheel. When you pressed the start button it just buzzed. I also did not know the A-102 was a B-103 in a fancy cabinet with its own speakers. The estate sale did not know it's value as it was priced at only 75.00. Now I know, but a little too late.

  • Great performance,5 stars

  • Very cool my friend I grew up on one of these.

Took 5 guys to carry on to a u haul so my father could do gigs on it.

    Nice playing !!

    Dave.

  • and awesome improv and playing!

  • I wish I had long fingers like yours; playing big chords and big intervals with my little stubby fingers can be so tough!

  • AWESOME!!! HOLY SHIT THAT WAS AWESOME!!! You guys should go perform somewhere!

  • That's a nice!

  • Haha, "I'm done."

  • Sounds great and very cool!

  • You guys ripped!

  • very cool ;-)

  • you are no doubt the King of L-110-11's ;)

  • NICE, ive been wanting to see some new shiny muzaks. btw nice hat :P

  • Nice improv.! Sounds great. I know what you mean about Hammond withdrawals, lol.

  • X3...need I say more? Five and faved, sir. =3

  • Still can't wait to jam out on the Conn and B-deux with you. =3

  • Nice little L-100. Wonderful Jazz improve.

"It's all about the King of Instruments!"

  • some cool stuff dude!

  • I can relate to that urge to play. When I was away in the military years ago, I'd sneak into the base chapel after midnight and jam on the Hammond there for a few hours. BTW, pretty nice session going on there.

  • Organgrinder010, you're too much!!! You OBVIOUSLY have multiple personalities that reveal themselves through your music (smile). I mean we go from classic movie theme songs on the Wurlitzer to FUNKY tirades on a Hammond and Leslie. Just too much. That spinet and Leslie sound like a full console and Leslie. Good SHOW!!!!

    ENCORE, ENCORE.....

  • So delightful. I want one of those really quite badly :D

  • Thanks! I was starting to get withdrawals, lol. I picked this spinet up with leslie from a newspaper ad for a steal. I'm sure you wouldn't have too much trouble finding one too. I think the leslie is worth more the the organ itself, though. XD

  • What do you do for a living mate?

  • Filmmaker, mainly for Cinematography. Take care!

  • That really sounds good! And it looks like a good rehearsal/performance room too. I like the hat with the creature ears.

  • Creature ears! We love creatures!!

  • Great playing! I really have to buy tube amp Leslie again. :) Keep up the good work!

  • that is sweet!

  • ErerERErEeRe I'm on drums : )

  • I want one! Oh...I guess it helps to be able to play it...
