  • i believe in freedom of speech but i dont believe in hate. I have no problem with them showing there religion but please do not judge. Its hateful and your God is the only one that can judge. But like i said i have no problem with them protesting but do it tastfully

  • Bullshit, free speach even for you freaks. Freespeach is freedom.

  • How ridiculous. They lay where they belong...on the pavement.

  • I'm the guy with his shirt off @2:25 and this video was taken about two years ago now. However, They claim that homosexuality is "against god" or whatever but here's a funny little story. I'm 100% heterosexual but i believe people are people. The guy in the vest didn't believe me and, i was a little fluffier then, but this guy was goin off on me for five minutes about other men there "deserved to have their shirts off" more than i did. I'm sorry, i smell closet case. at least i know who i am.

  • I dont understand the guy who is saying 'WE HAVE COME OT JUDGE" he doesnt know his chritstian faith all that well......Jesus said " dont judge others" for there is only one who will judge...and he is in Heaven.... As a gay man I am proud of who I am and the gay community has to stand up to such hate...one last thought what are these people coming to Pride for ....other than to cause problems for us...The Pride parade is our time....and by the way....Jesus said "love your nieghbor as yourself."

  • you look so good, your hair so nice, youve got those abs i hate it

  • Homophobics are closeted homosexuals.

Why is this not obvious to EVERYONE?

...the man is wearing a SWEATER VEST, for Lord's sake!

    Rock the pride, you guys.

  • the sisters are an inspiration. that's all there is to it.

  • Go sisters!

Yeah that guy who says that if you're clean and well-groomed it means you're dirty inside...probably doesn't shower just to prove his point.

  • amazing

  • Words do kill, no doubt about it. Go, sisters, you tell that asshole!

  • That guy who was yelling at the start is such a fucking moron! Not only is he perpetuating a retarded stereotype, but implying that personal hygene = rotten soul...whut? Okay I'll lay around and smell like BO all day would that be better?

  • Damn!

  • omg epic! that is beautiful!

  • Look at the good we do!

  • My favorite part is the guy's rant about homosexuals being obsessed with cleanliness. Obviously, the guy has never been to the Dirty Duck.

  • @demolishedman - haha , I am from VT (redneck center USA) but we also have a high gay and lesbian population and I can assure you, some of the redneck gays around here make ME look gay (or as my sister keeps saying, METRO?????)

  • Betcha that guy with the bible winds up on the news later for abusing children.... just like Danny Alan Howe... or Lou Beres... or Paul Ingram....

  • Thank you Portland. You make me proud to call you Sister.

  • The sisters ROCK!

  • If I could rate this six or more stars I would. What an incredibly powerful thing to do, and bravo to the Sisters.

  • So sad I missed Portland Pride! Although, I'm not so sure I agree with their chant: words kill. A person's right to free speech is extremely important.

  • Saying "words kill" does not stifle anyone's right to free speech. It does, however, call on all of us to realize the power of our words and act responsibly. It is a message echoed in the book of James in the Christian Bible that these so-called "Christians" claim they follow. What we say DOES matter. The message of the Christian Right has KILLED the souls of many gay men and women. They are free to speak their message, but the Sisters have called them to account for their words!

  • I agree. I'm not saying that they shouldn't have said it or that they were stifling anyone. I'm just not so sure I agree that words kill. I think it's A LOT deeper than that.

  • @demolishedman - any "Christian" who does not approach any person with at least an attempt at love and understanding is NOT a desciple of Christ as Jesus of Nazareth loved all that he came into contact with. BTW, totally random fact , my priest is both a woman and gay (love being Anglo-Catholic rather then Roman Catholic)

  • Free speech is indeed important. But say you're a young teenager who's gay and comes out to your parents. Your parents tell you that you're going to hell or that you're "dead to them" or things like that. It kills you inside. It hurts worse than anything else.

  • @WerewolfOfTheWater So sad when that happens....if my teenager came out to me, my first thought would be "Ok but can I still have grandchildren?"

  • @regardez403 Luckily my parents don't care about me having grandkids cuz my brothers already made some XD

  • Geeet iiiiiit!! Go Northwestern Girls!

Postulant Phyliss with the Litaday... or at least a Lite Beer

  • Good work, Sisters. :-)

  • that moment was HUGE! I still haven't fully come to terms with it. One of the proudest moments of my adult life.

    I LOVE MY SISTERS!

    bpdx aka Guard Noah Shame

  • That was awesome! You go, Sistahs. I was down by 1st and Taylor and didn't see any haters the whole Pride day, which was nice.
