these are simply gameplay elements the one hit kill in the back is an assasination. But realisticly yes if a spartain with the strength to flip over a 3 ton vehicle punched someone in the back they would be paralized. They are not completely coverd the areas of articulation dont have armour other wise they couldent move.

@Kopriko MW2 isn't realistic at all, just relative realism to the earlier MW2. I'd say if Halo had so slow moving players, it wouldn't be good if the weapons remained the same. Make the weapons shoot accurately too and what you have is a realistic experience.
