My husbands work is using their super saver weekend as a fundraiser for this foundation and my husband is the store manager. As a family we are building an Alex's lemonade stand for the weekend to really get into the spirit of this amazing girl. My kids ages 9, 7, 5, and 4 will be working the stand from thursday thru sunday...hoping for lessons to be learned and money to be raised:) God Bless you guys!!

About my comment i made 7 months a go, well we made more money than i expected. After about 12 stands in 1 summer, we made about 4000 dollars for ALSF. It was the best thing I have ever done over my summer break. Our group will do this again next summer. Alex's story is the most inspiring one I have ever heard. RIP Alex.

I was the one who said my friends and I were having 7 stands over the summer. We ended up having about twelve. We raised over 4,OOO dollars for Alex's Foundation.
