@siribuddy Spot fat removal (losing fat from one place) is a myth. To get rid of flabby arms you need to lower your overall body fat%. That's the only way. Eat a little less and do a bit more exercise

i am 21 ,if i do these arm exercises daily till six month is i able to build my byceps upto 18 inches now i have only 14 to 15 inches but i use to do these exercise from last 10 days and there is a little bit improvement,reply plz
