Been watching your vids. Very informative and I am building my own scratch SC off of these vids. Only thing though... Why are you putting so much work into this plane and attaching a stock motor? I am going brushless in this build. Still great videos though :)

Do i have to change the speed control to go to 3 cell lipo?

@hoeniola nope the stock ESC handles Lipos...;),ive seen vids here with guys just changing the plugs and mounting it on inside wall of the cub and stick oyu lipo in and give er...

how do u change the prop or like put one on because i dont know how to

at 6:06 you cut away the stock Rx mounting tabs.

i found that if you leave the rear two on there, you can snap a spektrum AR500 receiver in between the tabs perfectly.

needs nothing more than a little bit of double sided tape to stick it to the base.

this still allows room for the vertical mount of the lipo packs (i run 2200 3s lipo's)
