Classic Sour Cream-Banana Bread

fresh baked banana bread for breakfast? Who likes to spend all there time baking when they wake up, i just like making something quick like toast or eggs.

@MariaCaro95 Hi MariaCaro95- In the video her measurement was slightly more than a cup, so she did not use all of the bananas. As long as you add 1 cup of bananas, the recipe will turn out fine. You wouldn’t want to exceed ¼ cup more as it could throw off the ratio of wet to dry ingredients.

@KraftCookingSchool Ohh I never thought of the wet to dry ingredient ratio that but now that you mention it I realize it is true. I was just wondering because in the recipe that I use, it just mentions mashing 4 bananas but yet again the flour content is also 2 cups.

she should have cracked each egg INDIVIDUALLY into the small bowl to check for freshness/shells...pour each good egg into the batter separately so good eggs aren't wasted with potential bad eggs.

i agree, i think the host does well on her own but when they throw in a another person she wants to take over too much. she takes the whole teaching role a little too seriously, just show her how to do it, shes not stupid :p

You definately can. If I can make a banana bread, coffee cake and roasts anyone can. (I never learned how to cook until I was in my mid 30s and couldn't boil water before that.) So like I say, if I can, you can. :D Good luck. :D
