@Trotters222 Umm if ridden well a bike will dominate a car in the twistys also which is what a "super sport" bike is meant to do. MCN put the Aprilla RSV4 Factory up against the GTR and it blew the GTR away in track times.

OBVIOUSLY, some guys have no idea what so ever can a bike do... There are only few cars out there, most of them cost way over $100.000, that can compete those bikes. It is very simple to confirm that: Check lap times on race tracks for cars and bikes. You will be suprised. I am not talking about F1 though, since it is not a car... Please, be my guests and post here if you find better laptimes on any track/championship that is better than the equivalent bike laptime

This evo must have a Dodge Neon motor in it(LOL), because my buddy that I ride with has one, and his evo keeps right up with our 600's(about 3 car lengths behind) in a quarter sprint and runs low 12's. Still doesn't beat em, but we never smoke him by 100+ feet like this guy.
@EvoDube i agree with Oombop. its gonna cost you more than 3 grand to get to 500whp on an evo. just a turbo big enough to support 500whp is gonna cost close to 3k. plus fueling, exhaust, intercooler. plus at that level it would probably be a good idea to strengthen the internals unless you want to drive around waiting for something to break. oh and the stock clutch certainly isnt going to hold a 500hp launch. you might even lose a differential. so 500whp will cost ALOT more than 3k.
@TheOombop you gotta figure also with that your gonna need tranny upgrades also. clutch and syncros mainly... dont get me wrong i love evos i have a couple friends with em. but pure speed for cheap you cant beat a bike.
doesnt matter how well u tune yur engine, change the turbo and upgrade the internals, then maybe ud beat the bike, but still unlikely, cause u got 3000 lbs over that bike.

@Cloudstrife1188 Hayabusa 0-60 2,1secs...and it"s stock, i can install longer rear forks, wider wheels, turbo bla bla, and with just a twin turbo, busa can go over 410km/h easily ...but it's not what we are talking about, it's drag and not simple race. Porsche beats the veyron on the track beacuse of it's better handling in the curves, veyron isn't a god just a muscular great designed prestige street car...

@Cloudstrife1188 Than search on it on youtube, they show the turbo and the things on busa, then the speed is about 436kmh or something..What u say is true, but the more weight you have the more power u need and less air resistance, downforce etc. Busa and veyron have all these things..and yes it reaches easily the 410.. only thing makes it stop is the transmission gear ratio, but to its end, because of the power/weight ratio it accelerates easily.. @Cloudstrife1188 You can't try and win this by bringing out the Veyron. There is more to racing then straight line speed. Show a Veyron or Hayabusa a corner and it shits itself. There is a reason why a Porsche can beat a Veyron on a track and a reason why on tight tracks a 250cc bike could stomp a 1000cc bike

stock EVO is fast car (dont say that not), with 380hp is a lot faster than stock but 600 bike is still better in acceleration ..... i was a passenger in EVO VIII stock (highway 255km/h) and it goes like little hell... btw. im the owner of gsx-r 600 too
