But then conservatives started to do selfish things, and it all went to hell like the (credible) analysts said it would. I have looked at taxes over the recent past and every time they were lowered, be it a Republican or Democrat who did it, the economy took off. Lowering taxes creates optimism in the private sector where jobs are created.

The US government spends too much money on things that it can't possibly provide. Most of that is payouts that give people just enough money to keep voting Democrat. Natasha Richards injury would have been detected and treated in the US. It was fatal because your crappy system didn't find it. Screening out "poor people" is nothing but a lie. She was on a ski hill in the mountains -- so it took time to arrive. Would not have mattered. Your system screens out poor people. Dumbass. Tell me why your system is great if you're rich and shitty if you're not. Check out the free clinics that treat thousands in major US cities. Tell me about the US system being many times more expensive.

The Canadian system controls "costs" by rationing service. That's the difference between an MRI in two months and one in two days.

I didn't "pay" anything for my MRI and I still got it in two days along with a battery of other tests to determine exactly what was wrong. I didn't have to "pay" for the major abdonimal surgery or the two week stay in the hospital either. I went from first seeing the doctor to cured in 1 and a half months.
You still haven't explained about the kids needing an MRI for sports waiting a year. Stupid hoser.
