  • Anyone who tries this is crazy! These guns are not meant to be rimfires!

  • doese this damage the gun

  • The pellet rifle you have purchase cost you a set amount of money.I was designed by people that know a lot more about pellet rifles than you or you have built your own It is set to operate at a ver specific pressure range The Dieseling of a pellet rifle and destroy the seals and in some cases could explode the breach.regardless of how many times you do it the Manufacture will void the warrantee if it is detected that it has been Dieseled even one time Be smart and be safe. want faster buy faster

  • @tigger2943 I agree with everything you said except for the comment "want faster, buy faster" while this may be an easy comment to make if you live in the USA, That's really not the case in Canada, if you want faster than 500fps then you have to go get a actual firearm license, which ends up causing people who want more power to try stuff like this, rather than just being able to "buy faster". Because of this law we also have a lot of ppl attempting to hunt with under-powered airguns.

  • @Nwest82 I am sorry to hear that. Come on over just do it legal and buy a real pellet rifle. We take upright legal gun owners any day of the week. For that matter come over buy you piece of land buy you a real firearm and shoot on it to your heart desire. I still would not diesel one regardless of circumstance. They could blow a part off your gun and injure the shooter or someone near by. It just isn't a safe idea. a weel placed shot is better than risk.........

  • @tigger2943 Just think you could beat an elephant to death with a rubber mallet if you had enough time. Good luck

  • I have the same gun with the wood stock and I wouldnt reccommend dieseling pellets unless you want your gun messed up.

  • what i like most about this video is he uses old heroine syringes for his oil. like Petter Griffen once said " you can save money buy sharing needles, and reusing them" not to mention he seems to be shooting into the air or across a street idk where he is shooting but its not a safe back drop so other property or people/ pets are a risk now. cops should bust this kid for unsafe and disorderly conduct, and endangering citizens.

  • @killerx57702 i agree, this kid is out of control shooting his pellet gun in the air like that, especially in the city. WTF?

  • @killerx57702 those "heroin needles" as you call them, are not heroin needles, nor are they for any street drug, that's a huge ass needle for injecting, I mean what is it 20 units, must drug users use small 1cc "Micro-fine" syringes. I'm not sure why but I just wanted to point that out.

  • WTF....huhhhh????? please read the first rules of using an air gun, NEVER oil the pellets.

You put oil behind the pellet and you spill it on the washer....then you start shooting and what's your final verdict? I can't see shit. you just SAY it's faster but you don't give us proper velocity readouts. A bullet starts rotating during it's way through the barrel, this gives it a more stabe trajectory. Oil will undo this spinning....please keep off of youtube with these so called tips.

  • so... i got my pellet gun today.. and i heard it is spost 2 sound loud like that.. does that mean mine is broke.. or wat cause im taking it back 2morrow..

  • Diesel your gun - Double the pellet speed, decrease gun lifetime to 3 weeks.

  • LOL pellet gun dieseling is always bad!

Watch out! do not try this!!

  • i drop lighter fluid down mine. works like a charm.

  • Another thing to consider when doing this is it significantly increases the report of the rifle if your already around 1100fps you can break the sound barrier not always the best idea in a suburban environment also the uncorking effect is greatly expanded upon meaning a lot more noise... most heavy spring rifles have more than enough power and don't need this boost I have brought foxes down with a standard gamo big cat if u need more power get a 22lr imo

  • Now if only this would work for my old Benjamin Sheridan 397...

  • How come nobody knows what their talking about? A Daisy is a Daisy and I am surprised that gun still works. Overdose hit it right on the nose. If that oil were to ignite in the chamber you would see a small fireball flash from the muzzle. Heres an idea; try this experiment at night and look for any flames. From what I could tell there was nothing but oil vapors coming from the gun. Why dont you try a little shot of nitro-glycerin in the skirt of one of those pellets. Then you have something!!!!

  • should have done that trick in my response vid..lol

  • how exactly will this ruin your gun? I own a BSA supersport and I do this quite allot... is this bad?

  • @mofoboy100 air rifle barrels are not designed to handle explosives. It can wreck the mechanisms and distort the shape of the inside of your barrel

  • hey guess what, explosions and synthetic piston seals don't go together

  • the added speed is achieved because liquids don't compress on a molecular level like air does due to the smaller gaps in the atoms of a liquid vs a gas. without this "cushion" pressure is built up and force out the end of the barrel at greater speeds. but will damage the piston/spring/seals if done in this manner. but d@mn does it sound cool. well there's my scientific theory and its just an educated guess don't quote me lol.

  • @Overdosedd1225 I agree^ I don't think that there is any actual "explosion", just extra pressure caused by the excess oils. I mean, even in a Diesel Engine there are "Glow Plugs" to ignite the compressed fuel.

  • @Nwest82 And the smoke comes from where? Ofcourse gases with oil vapors ignite due the presure . U must be a zero to physics.

  • @qpae123 I don't know where the smoke comes form or if there is even any smoke at all, I've never tried it, but I'm guessing the "smoke" is really just oil vapors. Again take the glow plugs out of a diesel engine, then try to start it, the compression alone will not fire the cylinder, how could it be any different in this case? Although I'm not a rocket scientist, I'm defiantly not a "Zero" in physics. Just like the other guy, my comment was an educated guess. please prove me wrong, if I am

  • @Nwest82 Presure , temperature and volume are allways at a constant ratio. Thats 5 grade basic physics, not rocket science. Due the hight presure of the gases ( compress air with oil vapor) auto ignite, creating another explosion in the barrel, adding extraforce to the bullet.

Wach this video, u can see clearly the flame out of the barrel.

    /watch?v=ZRXRVlWKXkI

  • haha I asked about a year ago if it was bad for your gun alot of people didnt know if it would destroy it or not. I decided to try this and it does work. On my crosman phantom (1000 fps) I was getting around 1500-1700 FPS very impressive. THree months later the spring in my gun snapped and my barrel fell off. Am i mad, no, I should have known better. I would really appreciate if you would tell people it CAN AND WILL DESTORY YOUR GUN.

  • @ultimatevideowatcher The first time i found out that oil makes your gun more powerful was an accident but about 2 weeks later and after shooting hundreds of these dieseled pellets my phantom spring snapped and wouldnt work anymore so i tried it with a thinner oil and i have fired thousands of them and it works fine but instead of putting the oil in the gun i soaked the pellets in oil it works just the same and does not ruin your gun.

  • @ultimatevideowatcher IT CAN. dont say WILL, cuz in some cases it wont. specifically the lower power ones.

  • @samljer well a crosman is made in china lol

  • @ultimatevideowatcher how accurate was ur gun shooting at 1500 fps?

  • @ATERIFA In my rifle, at 30 yards, it was slinging them all over the place. Unless you take precicse measurements before you apply the oil to every pellet, your accuracy will be worse than a nerf gun. Put simply, the oil causes a secondary explosion that gives the pellet an extra "push" when fired. Different amounts of oil (even the slighted bit) can drastically change where the pellet will hit. Where you place the oil is also a factor.

  • @ultimatevideowatcher The moron is shooting at power lines...i dont think he cares...just hope they break enough for him he is unable to buy more :D

  • @ultimatevideowatcher That´s not because the dieseling. In this case using diesel is just as a lubricant to the piston of the gun, mineral oil works too. If done properly it will help your gun to faster fps, without damaging it.

  • @wyz2285 How exactly do you "do it properly."

  • @ultimatevideowatcher want to sell the broken gun?

  • @ultimatevideowatcher OK, I'll take your word for it, thank you :)

  • instructions that come with your pellet gun, lists oiling, with care, because of this.

  • also yousing light pellets like those soft ones will give off a loude sound and will the oil ruen my gun

  • Man I copied your idea and it's fun pushing my cheap Tech Force 97's velocity from 800 to 1100 fps. The .177 pellets can break the sound barrier now, but that would make them firearms in the United Kingdom or Canada. I live in Washington state and we don't need a permit to own firearms as long as we are over 18 years old.

  • @smith4151 I'm with you there. Heaven only knows where the pellets ended up in this video. In the UK, I think every pellet shot in this video would have counted as a firearms offence.

As soon as pellets get above 1100 fps or so, they become unstable and begin to tumble, so only useful for sound and smoke effects. You can get a similar noise shooting cleaning pellets.

  • This is just diesel effect, some airguns have been designed to take advantage of this effect with a small built-in oil tank, but such design has been abandonned for the following reasons:

    - lack of regularity

    - poor advantage (compared to added complexity)

    - unstability of pellets at supersonic speeds

As this effect is directly creating an over-pressure in the cylinder it is dangerous and to be avoided. The seals won't appreciate. If you really want a more powerfull airgun just buy one !

  • Wow! the oil makes the pellet super-sonic? interesting.

  • @L0GAN811 it might be supersonic, but the stability of the pellet will be compromised at these velocities, affecting accuracy

  • @46FreddieMercury91 not true i actually got better accuracy oiling my pellets i shot a tree at 150 yards with a 14.3 grain oiled 22 pellet and it imbedded itself into the tree about an inch.

  • it works only with diesel?

  • god buy a tripod this sucks and now i'm dizzy

  • I had the same model, and I traded it for a weed eater yesterday lol

  • maby itt will shoot faster cause of the presure

    ps nice vid

  • Not necessarily...if he put it in the chamber......it would fuck things up...in the skirt

smart......the brrel should take it.... i bet the gun shoots fine...

not bad buddy,.....i have some expensive rifles but for a beater i would try the skirt oil thing.

Again i can't see it damagingh internals ,as mmost new spring guns diesel when new anyway.....and that internally in the compression chamber..

in barrel i see no harm. unless the pressure backpeddles into the tiny breach hole

  • i put firearm oil in my barrel and just a drop in the spring area....its like a real firearm, when i looked down the barrel, i blew in it, and a crap load of smoke came out....my gun still shoots as if i just bought but then again i only did it about 10 times the whole time ive had this gun, its cool on occasion but doing it all the time....ya.....invest in a new pellet rifle

  • How do you know if your gun diesles when you oil it?

  • How do you know if you gun diesels?

  • @aceattack52 Well, dieselling is caused by adiabatic heating of the oil caused by the rapid increase in the pressure behind the pellet. Basically the exact same process used in a diesel engine. Kinda like a fire piston. It ignites the oil and gives a more powerful shot. I'd guess if the gun is durable enough, it won't hurt, but man you better have a good gun to withstand that kinda pressure! You can tell the obvious louder shot noise. Cool vid but man ya dont wanna blow the gun apart!!

  • i got a salvia 620 and i dieseled it plenty of times gota love the communist built guns :)

  • dont use diesel use dry match heads and dry course sand

  • @DUMBNWO for that?

  • @DUMBNWO ,, UR USER NAME IS SPELT WRONG, IT SHUD BE ......DUMB NOW !!!!!!!!!!! IDIOT HE WASNT USING DIESEL GO DO SOME RESEARCH ON SPRINGER AIR RIFLES AND DIESELING

  • Well this is my experience on the matter, I had a Powerline 120 from the 80's and I dieseled it many times with no ill effects. The gun finally wore out after about 12 or 13 years of shooting. On the other hand after a break in period on a B 30-1 I got oil in the compression chamber and it dieseled, breaking the spring. Probably not a good idea since all manufacturers make it a point to tell you never to oil the chamber. Just my experience on the matter.

  • I remember when i bought my Ruger Air Hawk and shot it for the first time, the barrel was oiled and it sounded like a firearm, scared the shit out of me haha, good times.

  • In UK the legal limit for airgun is 12 ft lbs - therefore even the most expensive guns are never more than about 11.5 ft lbs so as not to go over the stated 12.. However I am aware of someone having a chrony and tested his gun to be about 11 ft lbs. He ran some tests putting oil in and making it diesel the first shot was 34 ft lbs (ie it t trebled the power) I think in the states the airguns are about 20ft lbs on average so prob dont gain that much.

  • step 2: inject pellet with steroids.

  • when i do maintenence and chamber oil i get 1050 fps out of a 850 fps riffle with 7.9gr pellet, even with chamber oil guns deisel for a few shots also try little drops of denatured alcohol because it leaves no black residue and burns clean and leaves no trace.

  • It sounds like the round is breaking the sound barrier and it even sounds like a real gun...pretty crazy for a pellet gun

  • I had a Russian made crack barrel a long time ago it was super powerful and accurate but I ruined it by putting engine oil in the barrel, some got into the seals and ruined it, oops lol

  • Thanks for the video. You can hear the sonic boom which to me makes me think the pellet is going over 736 mph. Do your neighbors ever say anything?

  • try adding some gas (petrol) instead. and a few drops in the compression chamber. reckon it would sound like a centrefire? if you do it let us know!

  • terrible for your gun i have a gamo rocket it shoots 1100 with lead crosman destroyers i chroneyd and about 1290 with pba ammo from gamo great gun i can get a 1 inch group at 70 yards ill have some vids up

  • how old r u lmao!! ur like 30 haha. pelet guns r like for teenagers and shit

  • @HugeRedneck7 because it's impossible for a teenager to have a voice that deep...

also, plenty of adults use bb guns. i mean shit, who the fuck do you think designs them? adults

  • lmaoo, i just did this BY ACCIDENT, with REM-OIL i put a few drops down in the spring mech. and shot a pellet and BOOOMM dieseled a pellet out ANNHILATING a peice of sheet steel and wood (steel was the casing to a computer and wood was half inch pine.) went through the steel and blew the ass out of the pine lol i think im gonna try that again and see what it does to an animal. maybe if i put a heavy pellet in and blast something away.

  • @silentknight2112 instead of injuring or killing an innocent animal, why don't you shoot yourself and see what happens. Let us all know how things went after you get home from the hospital. By the way genious, all gunshot wounds are reported to the police. Ha, Ha, Ha.

  • @BRR i dont think a FOX coming in to eat my chickens is INNOCENT and BTW, if i got shot by a PELLET and getting shot by a BULLET are two TOTALLY different things. therefore its NOT a gunshot wound and the police wouldn't be called. asshat...

  • @silentknight2112 Well excuse me, "asshat". To protect your chickens, why don't you put them in the trailer you live in. As for gunshot wounds, get your facts straight, any individual seeking medical attention either at the emergency room or doctor to remove either a pellet or bullet from a cartridge firearm, the responding agency must by law report it to the police. I am a former police officer and I know more about this topic than you do. Don't waste my time by responding .

  • crikey, what about a quick splash of petrol down the barrel just before firing? BOOM ! ?

  • just put 1 drop in ur barrel and let it stand over night, the most 2 drops (or airgun certified lub). dont fuck up ur rifles guys

  • why are you firing a actual fire arm in the sky. it is a fire arm because it gos over 500 fps

  • @yoo8151 A firearm is not any gun that shoots over 500 fps. A firearm is a gun that uses an explosive, such as gunpowder, as it's means of propelling the projectile out of the barrel. The gun he used was an airgun.

  • @pwkn0 it is in canada

  • @yoo8151 Well this video was taken in the U.S.

  • @yoo8151 youre an idiot.

  • i like that scope... what is it

  • or you can just buy supersonic pellets that are just as loud as a real gun and dont do anything to ur gun

  • we discover the same effect few years ago, but there is an exact amount of oil (no diesel), wich makes less smoke and high power. There is a comment you made, "any kind of oil", that´s not true, you must use gun oil, otherwise you will get not the desired effects. Olive oil does not work, and motor oil neither. We made testing on a plastiline stock in order to observe the increasing power. Maybe we make a video explaining the kind of oil and the correct amount.

  • almost sounds like a .22

  • hey bud. you can get lube that you use for C02 guns and use that. i did it and it sounds just like that and wont do damage to your gun

  • it is a air rifle that fires lead or something it aint apellet gun it air rifle

  • did you stock got cracks in it or something

or why did you tape it up?

i tought the daisy polymer stocks where undestructable??

  • How to destroy your own gun :)

  • Scope for a BB gun?

  • @GHICAGO71 what it does is burn and destroy your piston seal making the rifle inaccurate due to seal damage ......don,t do it

  • LOL smart move loading the gun without holding the barrel steady, say goodbye to your thumb soon.

  • @TEHLEGITGUY well it is hard to get FFL lincense to own real gun if u got real gun without FFL gime me LINK

  • the best pellets are the diablo exacts me and my uncle and grandepa have spent over 2000 dollars on the most accurate pellet and the diablo destorys the others with out even trying

  • Ok-explanation:when you compress any gas it heats up ( Boyle's law)- compress it enough and the heat will reach the 'flash point' of the oil or vapour in the chamber. Deisel cars work like this , which is why they don't need a spark plug. The mixture of air and oil/vapour and pressure is fairly crutial to the power this explosion generates. That's why some people can't get it to work.( warming will help) Gun seals are rated at a certain pressure - so don't be suprised if it fucks yr gun.NICE VID!

  • If you are looking for a cracking sound, dry fire your gun and ruin it or get a real gun. my air rifle is a gamo whisper and i know enough about these rifles to tell anyone that oiling a pellet, before firing, is the dumbest thing i ever heard of. No wonder this is the first time i've heard of it! when u break the barrel back in place oil will go into your air chamber. oiling the air chamber should only be done every 750-1000 shots with recommend air chamber lube. only 2 drops.

  • @GHICAGO71 It does damage the piston and the o-rings in a spring air rifle and it's no good for the barrel.

  • nice sound, but not good for your gun..

    nice share pal..

  • nice lil pop

  • Flawless grammar.

  • @GHICAGO71 nice 1

  • @GHICAGO71 nice 1

  • no, its not explode. Its the extra oil that came out. I used to do that with my airsoft gun.

  • can you put oil on the hang guns?

  • That gamo is a nice classic :D

  • distroy the target ...

target = ur air rifle =)

  • (continued) back together after its been taken apart so plz spread the word. And the best thing is you can buy a cheap one like mine (Beeman 1040 blk stl,no crosshair, barrel flare,Can only be used with scope)

  • Hey, man. I just recently took my 5-6 year old pellet rifle apart and streched the spring significantly (double), and bored out the hole between the breach and the cylinder.I dont have a chrone but i would say im hittin 750+ fps, because now with a .177 i can go right through 3/8 O.S.B (Condensed glued wood chip sheet) From about 40-45 ft away.I just wanted too let someone know that it is possible to significantly increase your FPS.I also achieve this with a design that is not meant to be put

  • Old news to me but good video.

I've been dieseling pellets for a long time now and never had a problem with my Gamo pellet guns.

    I use WD-40 mainly.

  • What works for me and does NOT hurt the rifle as long as you don't over do it, its HOPPES Lubricant. I run a wet patch down the barrel every 250 shots, gives me a nice supersonic pop, keeps the barrel lubricated and clean, and with my Gamo Red Fire I easily shoot 2" groups at 50 yards, FPS with my Gamo Red Fire is around 1090 FPS on my Crossman G1 Extreme, using a standard chronometer.

  • you should add a little bit of oil where the piston is

  • yeah a pharmacy will just hand over a syringe lmao

  • FUCK ! a bit of science behind the old problem of dieselling, maybe apply with a cotton bud etc with the pellet pushed in 1mm or so.

  • One word: Amazing!

  • this is better that airsoft

  • @airsoftbastard666 it may look funner, but wait until u get hit witha peice of lead going 495-499 fps!

  • It looks and sounds cool, but dieseling is nothing more than a stunt.

It can destroy your air rifles, and it makes your muzzle velocities wildly inconsistent, which leads to almost certain misses.

Also, supersonic pellets destabilize in flight, also resulting in a miss.

Interesting, yes, but not a good idea unless you don't care about hitting your target, and you don't care at all how much you beat up your air rifle.

  • its been said in plenty of comments before, i just saw no videos about the effects so i made one

still waiting for this gun to break

  • @hsvkidusa isnt it already broken ? because of the tape on it

  • @hsvkidusa hmm yes its oil and we all know compressed air is hot causing it to ignite so basicly it wont harm nothing and it will increase muzzle volocity and also a definate hit because it will be a ton smoother in the barrel so it will slide faster wey i use this method on my air rifle i forgot the make as it is at my grandparents (they live in the countryside) but it has a 10 round .177 mag and is compressed air not sprung but still they dont brek thx

  • @hsvkidusa your gun will not explode or something like that lol but the rubber inside of the compression chamber will burn couse the higher temperatures.

  • @hsvkidusa Not sure dieseling will destroy your gun, if anything, it might damage the breach seal, the weakest link. Interesting, because many who buy 'springers' for serious shooting either shoot a couple tins through to rid the chamber of petroleum distillates from the production line that causes sporadic dieseling, or will perform 'super tunes' that remove all traces of oil, reassembling using a non-petroleum, moly-based, 'dry slide' product.

  • @PinkOld Although that is a very logical explanation, hes using a daisy. They are pieces of shit and they are bound to break pretty soon anyway.

  • @slayer19966

That may well be, but the fact remains that it is still only a stunt, and it is also unavoidable that supersonic pellets are always much less accurate than pellets going subsonic.

Yeah, you get a cool sonic crack, but you won't be able to hit anything smaller than a dinner plate at 25 yards.

Airgun pellets lose speed extremely rapidly - going from supersonic to subsonic in only a few feet - and when they do, the shock wave catches up with the pellet, deflecting it badly.

  • @PinkOld I see, thanx, im planning on getting an air rifle that goes supersonic with some high velocity pellets, but i guess im gona use something around 10 grains so i can get better groupings its a .177

  • @PinkOld and how wpould it destroy an air rifle

  • @donzi1011

The dieseling can (and does) deform the compression chamber, blows out the seals, and badly batters the mainspring.

If you don't believe me, don't take my word for it.

Just go onto any airgun forum, such as network54 or GTA (gatewaytoairguns), and ask.

You will find uniform advice to not deliberately diesel an airgun.

Accidental dieseling is inevitable in new airguns due to the gun not having yet been broken in and lube in the chambers, but it clears up.

  • @PinkOld well said man i dont think anyone couldve said it better :)

  • @PinkOld if you have accidently done this once will it hurt and what parts might need to be replaced. i tried to clean my gun so i put pellet gun oil on my seal only to find out im a dumb ass what should i do?

  • @wadesafool

If by accidental, I assume you mean the normal new gun that has not been fully broken in dieseling.

As said, that is almost always going to happen with new guns as the lubricants in the compression chamber get spread around and the excess slowly burned off by that bit of initial dieseling.

That kind of thing is really no big deal, as it is pretty mild compared to deliberately putting relatively large quantities of oil in to cause a very powerful diesel.

    Wouldn't worry the accidental.

  • @wadesafool

Also, as regards replacing parts, any spring powered airgun will eventually wear out its spring and seals, given several thousand shots fired through it, just through the normal wear caused by firing that many times.

Some of the better ones stand up to it better, but all of them eventually need the spring and seals replaced after they wear out or simply break.

At that point, you will need to construct a spring compressor to do the job.

Check out the forums I mentioned for more info.

  • @PinkOld '.. It can destroy your air rifles ..'

Just curious. Have you truly seen (that we can also see) any air rifle actually destroyed by this method? I've seen this claim about dieseling many times, never with any evidence behind it.

  • @stewartx5

Just because you haven't seen it does not make it untrue.

But, yes, I most definitely have; at least I've seen both the mainspring and seal ruined.

I had to construct my own spring compressor and do the replacement on both of those to fix the damage.

If you still doubt me, go ahead and check out GTA (gatewaytoairguns period com), and you will find a dozen or so guys who actually make a living doing airgun repair and tunes.

All of them, especially Ed (goes by "shadow") will tell you.

  • @PinkOld

Not seeing something doesn't make it true either. That's why I'm asking. Has either of those (mainspring & seal) ever failed for any other reason? And, of course, on the internet, it's not at all hard to find someone saying virtually anything (aliens landing, the world ending, etc). I was hoping for something a bit more definitive, like actual test results (not opinion) from a major manufacturer or publication.

  • @stewartx5

I explained why it is destructive in technical detail.

I pointed you to a place where you could communicate with dozens of people with considerable experience on the matter.

I could go further and point you to a customer support person at Crosman or RWS/Diana, but I have a pretty good idea you would doubt them, too.

What do I have to gain by lying?

I've had enough of you being a supercilious dickhead who refuses to accept facts.

    Go sell crazy elsewhere.

    I've had enough bullshit.

  • @PinkOld

Well, you certainly have a chip on your shoulder. Nobody said you were lying. And I will accept facts if they're provided. All I've seen so far is claims with no evidence. Your word or opinion clearly isn't evidence. But perhaps it is best to just end the discussion at this point. Thanks for your time.

  • @stewartx5

I go to the trouble to of trying to share some knowledge with you, and you continue to doubt me, refusing to go anywhere else to either verify or refute my information, and *I* have a chip on my shoulder?

You're right on one thing at least.

You need to just end it right here, because you just can't trouble yourself to go find the real answer, and you would only piss off anyone else you tried to discuss this subject with.

P.S. Oil up; I hope you wreck your damn airgun.

  • due wat type ov break barrel is that.

  • diesel engines dont need glowplugs

  • @hsvkidusa can u explain diesiling to me plz no idea what it is and how do u oil the spring.i have had mixed info on oiling spring.some say do some say dont

    Thanx

  • @qwazzymodo191 OK. A DIESLIL ENGINE FIRES BY COMRESSING THE DIESLIL WITH WARM AIR JUST BY COMPRESSING IT IT IGNITES. A AIR RIFLE COMPRESSIS HOT AIR WITH THE OIL MAKES IT LIKE A MINI SHELL

  • @hsvkidusa lol unfortianatly they do

  • dieseling = your gun is fucked...

  • 10-30 car oil works great. but abuse the hell out of the gun.

  • you probably could use diesel fuel that would migh work better thumbs up

  • So I don't get it... How does the oil increase the speed of the pellet?

By the way, I have this same exact gun. I'm gonna try it lol.

  • @The615LOVE it increases the speed of the pellet because the oil in the base of the pellet gets compressed so fast that it explodes just like the propellant in a bullet cartridge. I won't do what this guy is doing tho because it with destroy some seals for sure.

  • please note that doing this repeated times ruins the pistol seal.

  • nice house

and wd-4o dos'nt work for me either i am using a daisy grizzly 840

  • i tried this today on my ruger air hawk and the sound is soo loud it "cracks" like a real gun, i do about 7 shots (spaced out not in a row) with oil and about 2 in between with no oil just to clear any excess out if any. and before i finish firing i do one with oil and one without

  • can this damage the gun?

    thanks,,

  • what kind of ammo did you use when you shot it with oil?

  • @dlopezji ur problem is ur useing gamo pellets because they are so light that they get pushed around by the wind so easy it makes them in accurate and even more in accurate when you try to double the speed

  • i think you use petrolium bassed oil i did this by mistake when i oiled my gun =p

  • Hello again. I resived your reply, and and did exactly as you said, took the air rifle apart, cleanned it all up, got it back toguether, and putted a few drops of WD - 40 in the air exit hole, cocked it with the trigger pressed down for a thew times, and after putted a pellet and fired, but, nothing. i just wont diesel. is that in you´r hypodermic used on this video? the rifle i´m using a shangai (h) model 62.

please help me out. i wanna get that effect to increase power, thanks a lot

  • shot the cam

  • I've have to try that ^^

  • @steve4674 wd 40 won´t diesel on an air rifle, I´m not gettingit to work, How do you do it?

  • Hello.

Men i have the same type of air rifle, Im using also gamo pellets, And WD40 oil, still nothing would diesel, Damn, what kind of oil do you recomend me to use to get the effects you are having ?

  • @dlopezji wd-40, though a penetrating lubricant, is still water based

use any car oil. 10w30 seems to work very well

  • @hsvkidusa i tried 10w30 and all i got was a well lubed barrel and seal..

  • @hsvkidusa

i have notice the best is when you mix a cetane booster in with what you are using, keeps it clean and gives a bit more power it feels

  • @dlopezji have you tried model aircraft fuel? the kind containing nitromethane

  • @dlopezji if you add too much oil there is not enough air to have complete combustion, try firing a dozen shots and see if it starts to increase after some of the oil is burnt off.

  • @dlopezji wd40 isn't flammable

  • why did you taped the stock??
