Series 1 was amazing and never took itself seriously while tackling teenage melodrama and I loved it. 2 never really had the same effect, 3 was something else entirely, but I actually loved 4 as single episodes (though it's impossible to love a generation of characters without a single redeeming quality in them).

This series, though, were such lovable characters. They were young and made mistakes and acted out around their surroundings, but they were good underneath. I still miss them a lot.

REally the better teeneger serial that i have ever seen. Sure is better than others serial americans like Gossi Girl, O.C. that are all romantized at the end. Skins is the serial that more is near at the reality. True character. And probably, this is the job of young english author who are behind this project.

Davvero la più bella serie tv a tema asolescenziale che abbia finora visto. Supera nettamente le mille concorrenti americane penose sullo stesso tema. La serie che più delle altre si avvicina alla realtà e che non finisce con il romanzare tutto. Personaggi veri finalmente. Sicuramente frutto del lavoro degli autori giovanissimi inglesi che stanno dietro al progetto.
