@lorilynnzahottie i saw these guys in may of 99' a half a year before hooray... but almost all their entire set (minus maybe 2 songs) were road testing hooray... songs. Needless to say THEY WERE FUCKING HORRIBLE!!! they were so bad that they started to sieg heil the crowd for shock value cauz they knew they were bombing. Rating = D- (or 1 1/2 stars out of 5)

P.S. atleast pac man was cool (or "crack man" which was lifted from a mid' 90's mad magazine). My 2 cents on a bloodhound gang concert.
