lol, In case you don't know, that one huge round building is actually not part of the model city. It's just one of the pylons that support the roof of the room that the model city is in. :P
This city will never come to fruition. You cant build a city just for the hell of building stuff. There has to be a reason. China will be a devastating bubble that will collapse.
