There's an hour long PBS show covering the subject in this video, which goes into detail exactly why he believed this showed Intelligent Design - besides just saying "it exists therefore it must be my god who did this". The show soundly trounces his claim. Evolution is about how things evolve, it isn't about why we exist or why we have five senses. Evolution is about facts and then deriving reasons for the facts, religion is just faith that god(s) exist.

Well, what is the program that is driving natural selection? and who wrote the program. A program cannot just appear out of thin air. These people just do not want to believe in God.
Behe's "discoveries" have already been ridiculed due to his utter lack of understanding of the bacteria flagellum. When you begin to look at the structure and similar structures his idea of irreducible complexity falls apart almost immediately.
