allopathic medicine is sexist. Why is a specialist needed for a female patient and not for a male. This is why medicine is military in nature because the concern is solely on the soldier which is usually male. A GP should be trained to do both vaginal and penile exams when doing a routine assessment.

@highhighsky1 I can't speak for the males, but all of my GPs have also done my gynecological exams. Female reproductive health may also be more complex because our organs are primarily internal, so we're less likely to have external symptoms of related ailments.

Is there a sliding scale assement as to how health the patient is after the top to toe assement? Before a more detailed heatl assessment via blood tests, urnine analysis, ecg ect?

I'm doing development work on a selection program, and health checking is the phase before the fitness phase to assertain how fit a applicant is, but before that the applicant has to be of a reasonble health level to pass. The applicants will be 18 years old to 68 years old inclusive and will be male and female.

i wouldn't say "never". Simply, do not palpate the abdomen until you have completed the full auscultation assessment, b/c palpation can create bowel sounds that weren't present. But after auscultation, palpation is necessary to assess for any organ abnormalities.

the doctor will ask to the patient if he wants to proceed for the procedure or if the doctor will come back after 5 minutes to proceed the procedure(so that the erection would stop)... If there is an erection the patient may feel embarrassed so the doctor would definitely ask this question.
