i think your rhythm and technique are good; you might want to try new reeds though and work on long tones/with a tuner? :)

The rhythm is the furthest thing from impeccable. I think that was probably the worst thing about it. Yeah his tone needs some work but that takes years of hard work doing hours of long tones and it sounds like he is just starting out. Fixing the rhythm would be so easy though. I know it is hard though when you are running out of air to keep all those sixteenth notes nice and even.
