man its really awesome..., but now im fucked up with lots of cost in these things, a simple TV with PS3 is more than enough for me, i don't even own good gaming PC or move controller, racing wheel etc., once purchased my gameplay lasts more than 8 to 9 months until it gets bored, so no need to purchase any other game. @mllmTECH no i dont recommend it, there are tons of better ways to spend the extra money. the way nvidia implemented this technology is very limited and definitely not consumer oriented. either you have a lot of money and then the best technology is an auto-stereoscopic display (3d screen without glasses is the best) or you dont have the money and you just buy alternatives. also check out my video for a beginning of an explaination :)

I just got the GTX 480 so I can crank my game settings in 3d. It is amazing! I plan on picking up another one and going sli for 3 monitor surround 3d. Flight sim X and Dirt 2 are amazing with the proper controller and 3d vision.

I hear though that there will really be 3DTVs w/o glasses and Japan is actually making them. Not sure which company, but you can expect that it will first go retail in Japan. The wait won't be long 'til it goes international ;).

Yes brother you can BUT!!!!! the clock speeds will slow down to the slower of the two cards. like say its memory is ect.. 1500 mhz and ones 1900mhz, its gonna slow the 1900 down to 1500. i do suggest just trying to buy the same one u have all ready. evga makes amazing cards. that what i got in my old pc 2 9800gtx +'s their like 150 buck each now. hope this helps.

for example, bad company 2 runs awfull in 3d vision surround with full details, but other titles run smooth.

anyway, i recommend at least gtx275 for 3d vision

they will work with a panasonic plasma. just not the current models. in 3 months or so panasonics 3d ready plasmas come out.

Well, this is a bad example. But you know it works because without glasses you see two images, one over another, but with each side you see either one or the other. Unfortunately, there is no way of making an example here without those glasses, and probably, without the display.

dude, if you like playing singleplayer games and mostly 3rd person shooters....yes is worth

in 3rd person shooters you can feel it the right way.

also unreal tournament 3 is awsome for the effect, but meses your crosshair.

i tried to play ut3 online and got my ass kicked big time because i was seeing 2 crosshairs. thats because of the stereoscopy. you can get 1 crosshair in ut3 but that can be done by reducing the stereoscopy...

anyway....as i was saying...for singleplayer gaming and movies

Your television is not really 120hz the only televisions which are true 120hz are mitubishi and DLP screens. I have a samsung 120hz however what you need to realize is "television 120hz" and real 120hz are 2 completely different things. We have fake 120hz our tv's try to calculate frames inbetween frames and artificially make a new frame. However 3d ready monitors support true pure 120hz input which only comes from modern nvidia cards.

I'm using my television as computer screen right now, and when I go to Control Panel and look under display settings it says I have a 31.5 inch screen and its set to 64 bit and is a 120 Hz screen. I'm sorry dude, but your little concept that you have there is wrong. If the computer recognizes that it is displaying at 120 Hz it's obviously a 120Hz screen.
