Michelle Obama is simply impressive. I always had sympathy for the wives of politicians who have to go out and campaign.. but Michelle is so passionate about making the lives the less fortunate just a bit better. She comes from that same background.

Lots of people can upload videos up to an hour, they have upgraded accounts. See user/AtGoogleTalks for example. The McCain Youtube channel also has this privilege, and has videos longer than 10 minutes. Women climbing the ladder might not be impeded just by biased employers but by cronyist employees. There isn't really much government can do about workplace clicks. Since men tend to be the majority at jobs with ladders they tend to form clicks with their male buddies and use and impede there female counter-parts. Not all jobs are like this of course. Sometimes it's a certain race or creed that is the minority.
