I can undertsand your PAIN..for the past 2 months I have been between 201 thru 199. I even started a 3x's a week excercise class. Finally this week over 4 pounds...so keep trying!!! we will get to our goals

Actually I do at least 3 to 4 times a week. However, for the last two weeks I dropped to going about 2 times a week. I am working on being consistent and going more often.
The conclusion that you came to is so common with a lot of people. I go through that all the time. Just when i get on a roll of losing weight I sabatoge myself and start eating badly. So we have to acknowledge it and move on. Journaling your food is a good step. Trying the 5 day pouch test is another and everything you stated you wanted to do will definately help. Sometimes a person has to regroup to get perspective on things.
