That sure is th 6000 series ( 3 venturi baffles). I just put a pro street 6000 series on my 2002 Yukon with 3 inch pipe. It has a much deeper tone than the sportsman (6 venturi baffles) and sportsman xl (8 venturi baffles). It is a shit ton louder when you get on it compared to the sporstman and xl.! This video helped me a ton when it came to my decision. for a muffler :D. I had a sportsman xl on my 04 tundra. . . it was waaay too quiet, which dissapointed me. These pro streets are great.

How many mpg's did yours go up? and yeah the bigger the engine power you have the more you'll see back! 10% increase in power on a 1250 horse engine gives damn near 25 horse! i just installed a regular cold air intake in my truck since i heard most are all the same. my milaege has been goin nuts though it will range anywhere from 10-13 mpg's instead of holding steady at 13.2 like it did b4 i got it. How many mpg's can i expect in increase? 2-3?

im gonna say something. I cant stress this enough flowmasters are the worst flowing aftermarket mufflers ever. If u really know anything about exhaust then you should know Borla, Magnaflow and Corsa are the best flowing mufflers along with IMCO and CherryBomb =]

yeah ive been designing and installing custom fabricated exhaust systems for over 14 years and i dont know anything about aftermarket exhaust im gonna explain this so you can understand a chambered muffler is pretty much a big empty can ok a straight thru muffler is a tube now say you wanted to fill them both with water wich would take more water to fill the big empty can or the tube it takes more exhaust to fill a chambered muffler than it dose a straight thru muffler wich = less back pressure

Yes, flowmasters are garbage.. anyone lookin into buy flowmaster please visit spintechs website first.. IMO spintechs are #1 MUFFLERS.. prolly magnaflow for best full kits

yo man u can get a lot out a 4.3, i have an old 91 Sonoma 4.3 tbi and just cat back exhaust made a difference, I'm pretty sure that u can get a big difference with intake, exhaust, and maybe a programmer on these new 4.3s with 195 stock.

i picked volant cause its a true cai(cold air intake)...k&n has an open end which lets warm air from the engine to get in and lose a little power..but both are good..but volant has the edge

true, depends on what type of spintech vs flowmaster muffler also. Anyway the spintech IMO flow better than the flowmaster. I have had flowmaster in the past they are good but are restrictive do to the design / signature sound.

dude ive worked in a muffler shop for over 14 years and spintech are restrictive flowmaster are better flow wise and make more power i have a customer that had spintech on his big block caprice it ran 13.70s replaced the spintech with flowmaster and it ran 13.30 i have seen every design there is and spintech is the worst flowmasters are basicly a big open can with a few baffles and it takes more to fill up that big space so it effectivly drops the pressure in the exhaust system

that's why I went with Corsa, they are one of the best flowing certainly better than flowmaster. I have no baffles, mesh or wool/stuffing in my corsa its just straight through design. Again it depends on what model to model on the brands of mufflers you are comparing. The ONLY flowmaster I would ever buy would be the race series delta force 1 chamber muffler as those are the only non restrictive from flowmaster. Ya I believe what you say it can happen but depends on what series to series.

You really should read up on the flow bench testing of spintech and flowmaster.

Flow masters are pretty restrictive, spintech is A LOT less restrictive, just look at how they are desigend, it's almost a straight through bullet design, which is why A lot of door cars run them.
