Yeah, it is upgraded, you can tell by how fast he is reloading & shooting, plus since his health is completely filled up, that is not his first time going through the game, because there are a few more yellow herbs that are needed to fill it up that first time around.:)

Everyone already knows that using the knife is the easiest way to kill him, blah blah blah... but this video was damn awesome. I've beaten Krauser so many times with the knife, but I don't think I don't have the precision and timing enough to be able to kill him like this. I freaked out a bit whenever you got close to having to re-load, because you never know when that split second will cost you. Great job, and you've got awesome skill with the game.

1) Krauser doesn't die, he uses a flash grenade when you fight him during Assignment Ada (which happens after Separate Ways/Main Game) when you 'kill' him.

2) The knife does 40x it reg damage (which is .80 -> The unupgraded handgun does 1.0) to Krauser.

I think the handgun is the weakest weapon, you used about 200 rounds. The knife is harder to use but is a very strong weapon.
