Not even close. The title was fan-given (and it's "Midnight Funk", by the way). The album was going to be called Symphonised, but it ended up being Synkronized. So, it's a project they finished before Stuart Zender's departure. This extract comes from the unreleased album they made with Zender. So the album exists. At least at Jay's house.
