respect REEF, he gave his all best to Vancouver, every night. Worst team in the league that had nothing to prove but he played every game the best he can. Grizzlies best player hands down.
One of the best Muslim basketball players. Every1 agrees kareem abdul-jabbar and hakeem olajuwon are in the top ten greatest basketball players of all time
the one and only class act who played in vancouver...all dem other nigga's bitched and complained the whole time...reef was a role model in the community!
Anyway, on topic... shame that bro Shareef couldn't ever get a spot on a title contender before retiring, he was a great all around player for a big man.
i always thought the expansion grizzlies out of vancouver had the sickest jerseys back in the 90s. I remeber their away jerzey was nasty, that baby blue wit the grizzlies logo, that shit was dope. Can any of you grizzlie fans tell me what happened to damon staudomire, he used the be the next big thing when he was wit the grizzlies in the 90s. Where is he now, and what happend to him?
SubhanAllah, calm down with the insults to the brother, he insults a symbol of oppression and you insult a Muslim brother. This is what is wrong with the Ummah. We would rather take pride in land we had no choice but to be born on when it was actually Allah's will. You can be born in a country but to be patriotic is another thing entirely. A question for you is, as a Muslim do you salute the American flag? Do you say the national anthem? Do you not realize the bidah and haraam in all of that?
Right...you suck off America but dont respect it, or participate in its functions....but plotting in dark alleyways and subverting our way of life is probably quite normal to you.
I don't need to subvert your way of life. Your coward soldiers are returning to America in bodybags like the scum they serve should. You're missing out.
Listen man, I hate to storm up negative energy and vibes on a Shareef Abdul-Rahim vid, but check it...an American soldier is not a coward I don't know why you would say that, now I am not gonna be a dickweed and assume you support Islamic extremism because I doubt you do and it would be ignorant of me to say so. But, the cowardess is stacked high when it comes to those terrorists my friend. You know, the ones that black mail and threaten ones family if they don't perform that suicide bombing.
Or the ones that shoot missiles from backyards of civilians and leave the premises afterwards like a US politician getting his dick sucked in a DC hotel room So please man I don't wish to have Muslims convert their ways to the way I live butwe have to stop this hate talk and realize that not every American is scum and not every dedicated Muslim is AntiAmerican and start to see each other as brothers and sisters because I assure you once judgment day comes Florida will play in the bcs title game
this guys good. i kinda forgot that he was in the league. the poor guys never really been on a good team, and then the knee injury. well, he'll be missed
i hope shareef would be traded to a good team... where he will thrive... and if he plays as a backup... he should play for the dallas mavericks or the boston celtics... but he is better as a starter
Injuries thats why he retired

i remember when he burst onto the scene, he had the smoothest silky post moves.

yeah, i miss the old grizzlies
reef, bibby, dickerson, and.. big country... felipe lopez... they weren't winning, but they played with a $hit load of heart i can tell you that.
i stayed with them with their dismal 10 win on that shortened season, then a year or two after, they moved to memphis.

@stebopign yeah ...like the timberwolves and the raptors...these years....they're not winning , but they play with a lot of heart !!!

Damon Stoudamire was with the Raptors, not the Grizzlies. he might join the Memphis Grizzlies as a coaching staff soon.
