I was really excited to hear that PBS not only added Jan & Dean to the lineup for this special show, but even made them the headline act. What dissapointed me alot was the fact that PBS (allegedly) replaced Jan Berry's actual lead vocals from the original performance with newly recorded lead vocals done by one of the band members. Supposedly, they felt that Jan's vocals didn't live up to their standards, so they replaced his voice before the final cut was broadcast on TV and was put on DVD & CD.

Keep posting the VIDEOS they are awesome. I just wish I could of seen them then.
