I've read comments that rooibos is good for lowering blood pressure, but smells like a tobacco bag. Any recommendations on a good brand to purchase rooibos from?

cont'd...I could not sleep before this tea! My husband is an extreme insomniac, and this tea helped both of us sleep tremendously! Its almost like taking a sleeping pill. If you have trouble sleeping, take this tea before bed! (Note: Just allow enough time to make sure you won't have to get up later to use restroom).

I never liked the taste of green tea, or store bought like Lipton, etc. However, I wanted something real healthy, so I tried this tea. I can now say, that if I'm drinking Rooibos, I LOVE TEA! It is heavenly. No other tea's taste can compare. ALSO, it is absolutely true, at least from mine and my husband's experience, that it WILL make you sleep the hardest sleep of your life, if taken before bed.
