Thats a little off.He was with family,including his "girlfriend" not ex.Anyways he got into a verbal argument between his mom,and him.When his step dad got involed,and threating him.Justin then called his step dad out,thats when he grabbed a pistol and shot justin.I grew up with justin,and was a family friend.

You should call the investigators and tell them what you know, because it sounds quite a bit different than what was told at the scene and what is being accepted as the "truth". I mean, it seems a little strange that those investigating the scene would just pull the "ex girlfriend" scenario out of thin air. It came from somewhere.

I'm just a guy who's read the same news feeds as thousands of others.. and have nothing to compare it to but some guy posting on youtube who claims to be a family friend who's spoken to Eiler's mother.. who obviously didn't give the same story to investigators. BTW, if Eilers relationship with his mother was so shitty that it ended up in his death, I would be hesitant to believe anything she had to say. Now, if you think investigators have it wrong, you're wasting your breath here. Call them.

I never said I was on scene, I said I read the story from a news feed. Where exactly do you think they get that from? From people who investigated the scene and spoke to those who were there, thats who. Go to sherdog(dot)com and read what's being reported. His trainer, who likely is as close as any family member, contributed to the story. Assuming you're telling the truth, why is Eiler's mother telling you one story, but telling CSI something else? Why would CSI fabricate the "ex" g/f story?

Also, in a previous post, you stated that "he got into a verbal argument between his mom and him".. Now, in your current post, you state the local news is reporting "in Nampa, says it was between his mom/girlfriend" Which was it? Is it between Eilers and his mother, or was it between his mother and his girlfriend? (ex or not) Apparently, the girlfriend is going to be involved in one way or the other. No offense, but I'll stick to what's been reported so far. The ex shouldn't have been there.

I never said I was on scene, I said your story is quite a bit different that what was told on scene. The current story comes from those investigating the scene, who spoke to people who were there. Eilers manager even contributed to the story, who was likely as close to Eilers as any family member. Why would Cox just come out and make a statement about the ex-girlfriend? If the argument were between Eilers and his mother only, I'm sure that's what was told investigators...right? So what gives?
