To say Mormonism is Christianity is similar saying that Gnosticism is Christianity.

As a matter of very fact, Gnosticism WAS a legitimate branch of Christianity anciently. I suggest you make sure you understand the relationships of the ancient Christianities (the plural is deliberate, because that was the true situation) and Judaisms.

Hi Brother Shirts! I'm am so glad you made this video. I think a lot of the time we as members tend to forget that our church leaders are in the end regular human beings just as we are, and thus are fallible. I appreciate how you cut through all the fluff and get to the meat of the matter. I know some members will be shocked at your comments, but I'm glad you brought the subject to light in the hopes it will wake up some of the blind sheep.

I know Richard personally, and he has told me that he keeps his profession separate from his faith. That is why he doesn't write articles about the Book of Mormon in the Americas. He is a perfectionist of an archaeologist and is very good with what he does, both in his profession, and in his personal religious life.

@skyaglow Their is a alot of people who testify to their scriptures. The muslim testify to their scriptures to be true. The Hindu testify that the Kali one of their God is true. Nobody or not even the any book in the world can Match the Bible. Not even the book of Mormon and doctrine and covenants. Much like your testimony.

Yes there are a lot of people who testify of their scriptures, and mightily properly so as well! God gives to all his children as they are able to receive, not so that there is competition between scriptures, but to enlighten everyone. Nothing wrong with that.
