Medicare is broke and can not be sustained in its current state. Medicare waste $1 to every $3 it spends on fraud and abuse. Is that a plan worth expanding? Hardworking people will be taxed and get hiked premiums from this proposed bill. As well as your employers who then can't hire or raise wages. Ask your employer how much they pay a year in premiums. We all should boycott insurance. We all should demand from our officials to get purchasing power nationwide and tort reform. Those two things would cost us nothing and would give millions access to affordable care and lower hospital and Doctor cost.

The Senate just blocked imports of cheaper drugs. So, basically, Obama is a criminal who wants to force all Americans to pay up to Big Healthcare with essentially no affordability safeguards, no real cost cutting measures. I don't think I am overreacting. I've never seen this in my lifetime. Government is going to force you and I to pay thousands of dollars every year directly to greedy healthcare co's. I've seen tax increases, reckless spending, disastrous Fed policies, but I've never seen this. It's basically Feudalism-lite. They're forcing you to pay thousands and giving you no real cost savings or protection in return. And you know that number will go up, because Big Healthcare will be running the show. No way

Um... You have NO idea what you are talking about? The public option would be a CHEAP option, which would also lower the prices for private insurance because of the competition.. They also wouldn't be forcing you to buy THEIR healthcare, you would just need to be covered somehow. You don't need to worry about low prices for healthcare now, seeing as people like you fucked it up for the people that truly need it.
