  • Thanks for the feedback! It was the biggest container we had to make a large batch, and we only used it for mixing, we fermented in glass. The batch came out wonderful so I don't think it affected it much if any.

  • when you make fermented food do not mix it in metal containers, causes oxidation, and its not good for the friendly bacteria.
