if only my kart was fixed up for that race...id love to get into kart racing...we are currently in the proccess of fixing up a old Hellcat that my grandpa's got...
if i would get into this what would you suggest i would need...a new kart, gear, and cost of enterance fees or what would that kind of stuff be??
Get in touch with the track and figure out what class you can race and what engine and chassis you need. You can get them new or used, but you have to set them up and have the motor blueprinted or rebuilt. You'll need tools that will cover all parts on the kart, and spares and alternate parts (Different gears, exhaust parts, etc.) and safety gear. Get to know someone with experience or at the kart shop. You'll join a club and pay entrance fees every race. It's fun and exciting. Good luck!
