i get tingling in my middle and ring finger periosically, tried both these tests and neither induced the tingling sensation, not a clue whats going on in my hand but its not normal

You should also tell them to pause the video and do the test before telling the outcome that is posative for carpel tunnel. Plesebo effect.

my job requires me to work two days of 12 hour shifts doing the same actions repieitively. after the two days of work i have two days off. during those days my left hand is a little tingly. mostly my thumb. ill do something like drive with my left hand on top of the steering wheel and my thumb starts going numb. bending my arm and resting it helps put circulation back in and doing some kind of activity helps recirculate everything. is this carpel tunnel? or just tennis elbow?

@peakrelief I dont have the numbness, but im having slight pain on top of my wrist (at times, usually after loads of gaming) and wrist becomes stiff, and at worst my forearm also aches. This has been occurring since an year or so, but never pain or numbness on palm or anything. My left hand is perfectly ok.

I did it at the doctor and it hurt and I have all symptons and my right hand has less movement capability in the thumb it is also very tight in the muscles but the doctor never said I have a certain desiese she only focused on my back because I have back problems even tough I went to the doctor because of my wrist xD can I have carpal tunnel syndrome?

I did it and it made my hand feel very tingly, i really doubt i have it though, it rarely hurts unless im using it for something heavy.
