I've got the excercises, the cardio, weight training and all that. I run into a wall with the eating. Are there any sites or forums that help you plan a good daily meal plan? 1 1/2 gallons of water per day for someone his size who is working out and sweating for several hours each day doesn't seem that excessive. Three gallons is however. Three gallons per day for someone half his size would flush out all their nutrients and make them very uncomfortable. That amount of water consumption was poor advice for the general public.
the reason why he burns so many calories is because he is fat and the bigger you are the more calories you burn in shorter time and just because you completed p90x does not mean you are automatically a nutritionist
Did you say "peanut butter" in a berry shake?! That sounds icky. lol I make chocolate peanut butter shakes but not with berries. Very interesting.... Good video Sean and I DO like food. ;)
