So now I know why this guy was shouting at the geese. It was all revealed on WOBM radio. This guy does not like the health and safety issue around the geese droppings on grass. Those mischievous geese!

This is most certainly a dragon shout. But I think you guys have it backwards, he's not scaring the geese with the shout, he's CONTROLLING THEM!
