There aren't too many unique archers besides Isoroku..and getting volley takes a while too..

@dl2agon i dont use volleys isoroko is backly the only oarcher i use and she doesnt have folow but the one hit kill move that you can use twice

its probably one of those traditional instruments like that plank of wood with strings on it that they used in kung fu hustle

It is probably computer generated sound... like most of the music in the game.

It is likely mimicking or sampling a shamisen. No sengoku game is complete without it.
